The Celandine Model is a lifelike replica of the Celandine or Pilewort (Ficaria vema) flower. Enlarged 10x life-size, the flower has 8 petals encased in 3 slim stepals. Stamina, pistils and carpels are unfused for clear demonstration. Looking down into the model, the pattern of Fibonacci’s sequence in the spiraling pistils is clearly reflected.
