Additionally, the CPRLily CPR Training Mannequin can open its eyes when spoken to by the trainee, and features a moveable jaw for head tilting and the jaw thrust manoeuvre. The eyes and carotid pulse can also be controlled by hand, enabling instructors to control the scenario more closely.

The mannequin has also been developed to provide feedback to trainees to ensure they are performing various CPR techniques correctly. For example, when the right compression depth is reached, a tone will sound to alert the trainees that they are performing compressions correctly.
