Edu-Logger Blood Pressure Sensor

The Edu-Logger Blood Pressure Sensor measures the air pressure in the pressure cuff, wrapped around the test person's arm. The Edu-Logger Blood Pressure Sensor has 3 ranges.

The Edu-Logger Blood Pressure Sensor extracts the systolic blood pressure from the blood pressure graph.

Features of The Edu-Logger Blood Pressure Sensor

The sensor has three ranges:
  1. The average pressure in the pressure cuff in mm Hg.
  2. The pressure beats with no units.
  3. The Sum of the two signals.

The software extracts the following from the blood pressure graph:

  1. The Systolic blood pressure.
  2. The Diastolic blood pressure.
  3. The MAP (Mean Arterial Pressure).
  4. The heart rate.

Benefits of The Edu-Logger Blood Pressure Sensor

  • Converts the measured parameter into processed value (ºC, ºF, Lux, dB, mA, V, etc.)
  • Sends the data in digital form to a viewer unit, any kind of computer or tablet.
  • Saves up to 5 experiments in its flash memory.
  • Calibration is done by pressing a push-button.
  • Changing ranges and gains is done through software.
  • Experiments run with or without a computer.
  • Saved experiments in the Logger Sensor can be uploaded to a computer at any time.
  • The modular plug and play system allows the connection of sensors in a chain, in any order.
  • Each sensor is in itself a full data acquisition system.
  • Robust hardware and attractive design.
  • Simple operation.
  • No cable clutter, allowing simple construction of experiments.
  • System allows wireless connection.
