The Microstructures on Glass Plate is a glass plate with nine different microstructures consisting of discs, rectangles and squares for quantitative diffraction experiments. The glass plate is chromium-coated, with diffraction objects of high precision and regularity applied by microlithography. The glass supports are highly resistant against ageing and contamination.

The product can be combined with the Component Holder on Stem , enabling it to be used with optical riders and optical benches for a range of demonstrations and experiments related to diffraction.
