The Red Laser Diode is a red light source giving a beam with minimal divergence, housed in a compact and sturdy aluminium body. It is based on a 650nm class II industrial laser module with a glass collimating lens, and comes with a 100 - 230V AC/DC converter.

The Red Laser Diode has been expertly made for optical experiments, with minimal divergence and a tough, durable construction. It can be used with the Kroncke Optics optical system by combining it with the Kroncke Optics Holder K for Diode Laser, to perform a range of experiments, or used with other optical systems that use optical riders compatible with components on a stem.
